In the FIS network colleagues have a very important place. They are the holders of basic processes the quality of which defines the quality of the entire faculty.

The academic teaching staff of the faculty is the holder of research and educational process where the partners are represented by the students, the future employers and other centres of knowledge. The work of the academic teaching staff is based on academic and professional excellence of individuals, on an ambitious relationship with the students and on openness towards the environment.
