The Call for Professional Staff Exchange for the Purpose of Pedagogical Activities (STA) for the academic year 2024/2025 has been published. You can find the application form here. The application deadline is 31 October 2024. In the event that fewer applications are received than the number of advertised spots, FIS will accept additional applications until all spots are filled or the funds are used up.

Lecturers can join the ERASMUS+ Mobility for Teaching Assignments (STA) programme, within which they carry out pedagogical obligations at the host institution abroad. They must coordinate their teaching programme prior to the exchange. Academic exchanges last from 2 business days to 2 months.

Through academic exchanges, we enable higher education institutions to have better and more extensive teaching content. Thus we encourage the exchange of professional knowledge and experience on pedagogical work. In doing so, new and existing connections between higher education institutions are being formed. At the same time, mobility of the academic staff enables students who are unable to take part in an international exchange of their own to gain the knowledge and experience of higher education academic staff from other European countries.

Conditions for academic exchange

Candidates wishing to join the mobility programme (especially for ERASMUS+) must be employees or members of the FIS Academic Board.
