The Student Affairs Office assists students with enrolment, using the Web Office, using the online Moodle classroom and with all study-related procedures (requests for taking exams early, requests for recognition of exams, applications for taking exams before a commission, submissions of bachelor’s/master’s thesis topics, submissions of doctoral dissertations, submissions of disposition of doctoral dissertations, requests for the extension of bachelor’s/master’s thesis topics, extension of the deadline for submitting doctoral dissertations, extension of the student status, applications for the recognition of informally acquired knowledge and skills, applications for special student status, applications to continue studies, etc.), registering for and withdrawing from exams, schedule changes, and other administrative matters.

The Student Affairs Office also provides support and guidance to prospective students/applicants on matters related to study programmes, admission requirements, and the application and enrollment process.

WEB OFFICE – STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM

Upon enrolment, each student receives a password to access the online student information system, which enables:

  • Insight into the electronic grade book,
  • Registration/withdrawal from exams,
  • Insight into the schedule,
  • View notices on the bulletin board,
  • Submission of applications for recognition of exams,
  • Submission of applications for advancing to a higher year if all conditions are not met,
  • Submission of applications for early examinations,
  • Submission of appeals against applications,
  • Insight into resolved appeals and applications,
  • Ordering certificates of enrolment and passed exams.
