Assistant Tanja Krstevska participated in a mobility activity within the framework of the ERASMUS+ KA131 programme from 16 to 20 March 2026, during which she attended the five-day specialized training course “Efficient & Effective Project Management for EU Funded Projects (PMEU)”.
This type of mobility is of particular importance for the professional development of academic staff and for the strengthening of institutional capacities, as it enables the advancement of knowledge, the exchange of experience, and the adoption of contemporary practices in the field of European programmes and international project cooperation.
During the training course, Assistant Krstevska acquired in-depth knowledge related to the preparation and validation of technical and financial reports, the management of financial risks, project monitoring and evaluation, as well as procedures concerning audits, controls, and the communication of project results. Special emphasis was also placed on the practical application of tools for the successful planning, monitoring, and implementation of EU-funded projects.
The knowledge and experience gained represent a significant contribution to the further development of Assistant Krstevska’s professional competencies and will support more efficient participation in the preparation, implementation, and administrative and financial monitoring of future projects within the framework of European programmes.
