The SMILE Incubator project (Interreg Danube Region), led by SASS, marked its first anniversary, successfully passing its first-year review and concluding the 3rd Steering Committee Meeting in Romania. The project is dedicated to empowering rural youth through leadership skills and digital media literacy.
During this period, partners hosted workshops, presented research at international conferences (Global Social Nexus, CEPSA), launched the Policy Impact Committee, and selected the official SMILE badge. The core objective remains bridging the gap between young people’s online presence and their active civic participation.
