We are proud to announce that on 19 September 2024, the National Agency for Quality in Higher Education of the Republic of Slovenia granted us accreditation for the Master’s degree programme in Law and Leadership in Digital Society, which will be offered in both Slovenian and English.
This Master’s programme is designed for those who want to deepen their legal knowledge and develop the skills to lead responsibly and ethically in managerial and professional positions. The programme is designed to prepare graduates to be successful in business and non-profit organisations, both in Slovenia and in the wider European and global arena.
As digitalisation and sustainable development increasingly impact business and public systems, the need for legal competences is growing, not only among legal professionals but also among graduates in other fields such as science, technology and social sciences. This is why legal skills are indispensable for managing staff, projects and relationships with clients and partners in management and leadership positions.
Graduates of the program will acquire in-depth knowledge of the legal aspects of the digital economy and sustainable development. They will be able to assess their impact on the operations of organizations, as well as the opportunities and risks posed by the digital economy and accelerated development. This means they will be capable of identifying key legal risks in the processes of the so-called digital transformation.
The Master’s study program Law and Leadership in Digital Society will prepare graduates for work in various sectors, from the information and communication technology industry to the public sector and business, both domestically and internationally.
This masters’ study programme will be offered for the first time for enrolment in the academic year 2025/26.
