Join us for the FIS Information Day in Skopje

On Monday, 26 May 2025, we will be holding an Information Day in Skopje, North Macedonia, to promote our study programmes. We will present our study programmes at all three levels of study – and much more.

Our faculty is one of the leading Slovenian educational institutions offering studies at all three levels of study, in the fields of computer science and web technologies, informatics, data science, cybersecurity, law and leadership, information society and information sciences.

At the first, bachelor’s level, you can choose from three study programmes. The professional study programme Informatics in Contemporary Society is a blend of social and technical sciences. Computer Science and Web Technologies is a professional study programme for those interested in programming and application development. You can also choose the academic study programme Business Management in a Digital Society, which effectively equips you to integrate information technology with the challenges of the digital society.

Both of these professional higher education programmes also have their corresponding continuation at master’s level. Additionally, you can also choose from master’s programmes Data Science, Cyber Security, Business Informatics and Law and Leadership in Digital Society. You can also study at the third level of study, on the doctoral study programmes Information Society and Information Science.

An important advantage of studying at our faculty is the possibility of virtual participation in lectures and tutorials. Students can choose individually whether to attend lectures in person at the faculty or online via Zoom.
We also have internationally renowned, yet approachable, professors and researchers, as well as our friendly and professional staff and our close cooperation with local businesses. All of this makes our graduates very well-equipped for professional, independent, and innovative work in a wide range of roles. They are highly employable and prepared for some of the most in-demand careers of the future.
