In the period from 24 July to 28 July 2023, the Vice-Dean for Education, Associate Prof. Katarina Rojko, PhD, was on mobility abroad under the Erasmus+ project, where she participated in the “English for Educators: Level III” training course. The training was designed to include a series of discussions on the specific skills required by all those in managerial roles, namely: conflict resolution, negotiation, communication, business ethics and managerial duties, delegation, teamwork, problem solving, decision making and strategic planning.
