  • 9:00 – 10:30 | Linux Command Line: Your First Contact with HPC Master the terminal, the entry point to all modern HPC clusters. You will learn navigation, file management, and writing automation scripts. Lecturer: Srdjan Škrbić
  • 11:00 – 12:30 | Slurm: How to Tame a Supercomputer? Learn how to submit jobs, manage processing and graphics resources (CPU/GPU), and optimize job queues. Lecturer: Jani Pogačar

SESSION 2: Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Tools

When: Thursday, April 23, 2026 | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (including break)

  • 9:00 – 10:00 | Apptainer: Portability Without Limits Discover the power of containerization (formerly Singularity). Create an environment that works anywhere, independent of the cluster’s operating system. Lecturer: Robi Pritržnik
  • 10:30 – 12:30 | ML Examples on HPC Trdina Practical examples of Machine Learning directly on our infrastructure—from environment setup to your first trained network. Lecturer: Srdjan Škrbić
