Leta 1993 je diplomiral na Fakulteti za računalništvo in informatiko Univerze v Ljubljani, kjer je nadaljeval tudi podiplomski študij. Leta 2002 je magistriral in za magistrsko nalogo prejel Krkino nagrado za raziskovalno delo. Doktoriral je leta 2018 na Fakulteti za računalništvo in informatiko Univerze v Ljubljani. Tema disertacije je bila »Proaktivno obvladovanje tveganj v informacijskih sistemih«. Ima bogate izkušnje s številnih projektov v gospodarstvu, povezanih z uvajanjem informacijskih tehnologij in digitalizacijo poslovnih procesov. Ima certifikat Comptia Project+ za področje projektnega vodenja in Microsoft certifikat MCTS. Je prejemnik več nagrad GZDBK za inovacije. Dejaven je v gospodarstvu in na akademskem področju.
In 1993, he graduated from the Faculty of Computer and Information Science of the University of Ljubljana, where he also continued his postgraduate studies. In 2002, he obtained his master’s degree and received the Krka prize for research work for his master’s thesis. He received his doctorate in 2018 at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science of the University of Ljubljana. The topic of the dissertation was “Proactive risk management in information systems”. He has extensive experience with numerous projects related to the introduction of information technologies and the digitization of business processes. He has a Comptia Project+ certificate in the field of project management and a Microsoft MCTS certificate. He is the recipient of several GZDBK awards for innovation. He is active in business and academia.
